ABOUT

gbeltis

My passion for Visual Media has led to pursuits in film, television, painting, photography and puppetry. I am currently the writer and producer for an international sports recap show called WWE Bottom Line.

Currently, I work for World Wrestling Entertainment as an Associate Producer. My ever-evolving duties range from producing international announcers during monthly Pay-Per-Views, to writing and producing my own :46 minute weekly recap show. WWE Bottom Line broadcasts to 7 countries including Japan, Myanmar, and Singapore. In August of 2017, I debuted the show’s first visual redesign since 2014. This was a task that I worked passionately for over 6 months.

My additional roles at WWE include producing athletes backstage at our live events, coordinating international broadcasts, and puppetry for a show currently in development. Outside of WWE, I am a co-producer on an independent film called Velvet Citizen, for whom I recently established an LLC and obtained fiscal sponsorship under the International Documentary Association. For fun, I am a cinematographer for a bi-monthly Drag Cabaret show called Trailer Park Girls. You can also find me painting with watercolors, drinking black coffee, and petting dogs I pass on the street.

In the past I have worked for Ken Burns as an Intern and Freelance Editor on projects like the Central Park Five. I have also had photography published in books like Monsters by Kathryn Briggs, and Travels with Casey by Benoit Denizet-Lewis.

Talk to me! I can be reached at mail@gbeltis.com. I’m always happy to discuss freelance opportunities.
